Marketplace and sellers

Zada Mart provides a platform on which independent sellers list products. The seller shown on a listing is responsible for product accuracy, stock, packing, and fulfilment. Zada Mart coordinates the online order experience and support. Multi-seller orders may be split into separate shipments.

Orders, prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees (INR) for the India market. An order request is subject to stock, seller acceptance, serviceability, and successful payment where prepaid payment is selected. Cash on delivery is available only where shown at checkout. A payment authorisation, pending, or failed status is not proof that payment completed.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Delivery estimates and charges are shown at checkout when available and can change due to courier coverage or circumstances outside our control. Contact support promptly to request a cancellation; an order already dispatched may no longer be cancellable. Returns and refunds follow the published Return & Refund Policy and the terms shown on the product listing. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Acceptable use and account security

Provide accurate account and delivery details, use the service lawfully, and do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorised access to the marketplace. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and OTPs secure.
