Card, UPI, and other payment credentials are handled by the payment provider and are not intended to be stored by Zada Mart.

• To create accounts, process orders and payments, arrange delivery and returns, and provide customer support.
• To share the minimum necessary order, address, and contact information with the seller fulfilling your items, the selected courier, and payment or technology providers.
• To prevent fraud, secure the service, meet legal obligations, and improve the marketplace.

Retention and your choices

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet accounting or legal requirements. You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information, or ask a privacy question, by emailing zadamart7@gmail.com. Some records must be retained where the law requires it.

Security and children

We use reasonable access controls and safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security. Please keep your password and OTP private. The marketplace is not intended for children to create accounts or place orders without an adult.
