Last updated: 3 October 2026. This policy applies to orders placed on Zada Mart, subject to the product listing and applicable consumer law.

Requesting a return

Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery to request a return for an eligible item. Include your order number, the reason, and clear photographs or video for damage, defect, missing parts, or an incorrect item. Keep the item, tags, accessories, and original packaging until the request is reviewed.

Eligibility and review

The seller and Zada Mart will review the request against the product listing and evidence. Change-of-mind returns are available only when the listing says they are. Items that are personalised, perishable, hygiene-sensitive after opening, or otherwise marked non-returnable may not be eligible for change of mind; this does not remove rights for an item that is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, or any non-excludable legal rights.

Return shipping and refunds

If the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, contact support before sending it back so the return method can be confirmed. For other approved returns, return-shipping responsibility will be communicated when the request is approved. Once an approved return is received and any necessary inspection is complete, an accepted refund is initiated to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days; the bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it. Cash-on-delivery refunds require the details requested by support and verification of the eligible amount.

Cancellation and support

Request cancellation as soon as possible. An order may not be cancellable after dispatch; eligible refunds for cancelled or undeliverable orders are processed after the order/payment status is verified. Contact zadamart7@gmail.com and include your order number. Statutory consumer remedies remain unaffected.
